Your role
As an Accounting Technician at Milmonde, you will have varied and essential responsibilities, allowing you to take on stimulating challenges and actively contribute to our financial success. Specifically, you will:
- Reconcile revenues and supervise billing;
- Reconcile expenses and work orders/purchase orders;
- Prepare month-end worksheets and analyze general ledger accounts;
- Manage and monitor bank accounts;
- Prepare government remittances;
- Participate in the month-end process;
- Monitor various loans;
- Participate in the year-end process;
- Process and enter payroll accounting;
- Prepare various analyses for management;
- Participate in all other related accounting department tasks;(payables/receivables/payroll/billing).
Skills required
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, with advanced levels in Excel and Word;
- Recognized diploma in accounting or a related field;
- Mastery of the complete accounting cycle;
- In-depth understanding of financial statements and cash flows;
- Spoken and written languages: French and English (intermediate-advanced level).
The following additional skills will be considered valuable assets:
- Knowledge of Acomba software;
- Experience in payroll processing;
- Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems;
- Experience in the manufacturing sector;
- Knowledge of Spanish.
